Remote Support
As part of our services, we provide remote support. Using the software linked from this page, working with you we can log in to your computer and resolve many of the problems you might be faced with on an average day.
When calling us for support, you'll be asked to come to this page and click on the "Get Remote Support" button you see here. Please download and run the software.
Please Note: Remote support is charged at a minimum of 15 minutes and then in 6 minute blocks there after.
On Site Support
If your issue is more severe, or if you would prefer that we come on site to work on the issue, please contact us using either the form or the information on the Contact Page
Please Note: On site support for a duration of less than 60 minutes will incur a call out fee of $40. All on site support is billed in 15 minute intervals. On site support outside of normal business hours is only available to clients with a written contract specifically including it or by pre-arranged agreement.
